Vop Osili (Indianapolis City-County Council President - represents majority of FCP) & Zach Adamson (Indianapolis City- County Council Member - represents the eastern sliver of FCP, which includes Citizen Park Apt. property) jointly wrote a letter of support for the project contingent on vehicle access being from College.

DPW now has no issue with access being from College Avenue.
DMD Planning Staff does not support the College Ave. access & won't recommend for approval at the upcoming MDC hearing on August 18th.
CCPMD (Developer of the Citizen’s Park Apt.) would like to move access to College Avenue, and is trying to line up FCP HOA support for that to counter the DMD Planning Staff opinion.
- They are NOT willing to reduce the unit count from 38 but are willing to add back in most of the original commitments that had been worked on prior to us voting to oppose the development.
- The commitments are being worked on with alley adjacent neighbors and will be finalized on Monday, August 9th. FCP HOA has asked for design review on the new plans, and CCPMD has agreed.
- CCPMD would like to know FCP HOA position, after the HOA Board Meeting on August 9th. If the HOA Board moves to support, CCPMD will need to get the new siteplan & commitments submitted to the city on August 10th.
