ANNUAL FALL CREEK PLACE MEMBERS MEETING

The annual meeting of the Fall Creek Place Homeowners Association, Inc. will be held on Thursday November 21st at 7:00 p.m. in the gymnasium of The Oaks Academy, 2301 N Park Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana. All residents and interested persons are welcome to attend. More information on confirmed day will be announced soon.

PROXY: If you are unable to attend, you may designate a proxy to vote in your absence by completing a Proxy Designation and emailing to fallcreekplace@gmail.com prior to the meeting, or have your proxy hand delivered by your designated proxy at the Annual Meeting to C2 Services, LLC.
OPEN BOARD POSITIONS: There are currently two open board positions. If you are interested, please complete the Board Nomination Form and email to fallcreekplace@gmail.com prior to the meeting, or hand deliver at the meeting. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor.
