Chatham Park Development at 25th St & Delaware St:

At the community meeting for the proposed development on Monday May 8th, the following information was shared by Chatham Park Development:

  • 3 stories tall buildings on the NW/SW corners of Delaware St

  • 46 units (32 NW building & 14 units on SW building)

  • 56 parking spaces on back of the buildings (36 NW & 20 SW) and accessed off of 25th Street.

  • 6,000+ square feet of retail space ( 3247 NW & 2704 SW)

Site plan was shared with those in attendance and a digital version will be posted on the FCP website, when available. The facade design is not completed.

Future in person meetings with Chatham Park Development will be scheduled with the FCP neighborhood, day & time will be shared on the FCP website and all FCP social media channels.

Community Meeting: 25th St | Delaware St Proposed Development

Chatham Park Development is proposing new mixed-use buildings for the northwest and southwest corners of 25th St. and Delaware St.  Representatives will be hosting a meeting in the basement of A Taproom (2457 N Delaware St) to present information on their plans and gather community feedback on Monday May 8th, from 6-7pm. 

This is an introductory meeting for the developer to present preliminary plans. No plans have been submitted to the city for approval at any level yet.

The regularly scheduled May Fall Creek Place HOA Board meeting will proceed immediately afterwards at 7pm.

Monthly HOA Board Meeting: May 8

The HOA Board will meet in person for May’s meeting, at ‘A Taproom’, located on the SE corner of 25th/Delaware St - 2457 North Delaware Street.

The HOA Board meets monthly on the second Monday of each month. Meeting starts at 7pm and last one hour. Board meetings are open for public viewing, and if time allows the HOA Board may accommodate public comment.

Craig Kids' Memorial Park Playground Equipment:

The Fall Creek Place Foundation is working to update the playground equipment at Craig Kid’s Memorial Park. The goal is to purchase a new piece of commercial grade playground equipment to replace the wooden structure and new balance stumps to replace the tree stumps.

To complete the project, the foundation needs to raise a total of $20,000. Thanks to the city of Indianapolis awarding the foundation a $10,000 grant, we are half way there. Help us meet our goal by donating today at fallcreekplacefoundation.com.

Fall Creek Place Ice Cream Social: May 13

The Fall Creek Place Foundation is sponsoring the Fall Creek Place Ice Cream Social at the Oaks Academy, on Saturday May 13th.

The ice cream social is from 2pm to 5pm, suggested donations of $5 goes towards the further improvements of the FCP neighborhood. All residents & neighbors are asked to join at the Oaks Academy playground/gym.

Neighborhood Clean Up: April 22

The Beautification and Maintenance Committees will be hosting a neighborhood cleanup on Saturday April 22nd, 8-11am.

Residents are asked to meet at the southeast corner of the Delaware Street bridge on Fall Creek Pkwy South Drive.

KIB will be assisting with the Beautification Committee cleanup project in the Fall Creek Orchard area. KIB will supply bags , gloves and a dumpster. Marion County Health Dept. will have for the Maintenance Committee shovels & brooms available for our residents to clean curbs and clear out drains.
