Monthly HOA Board Meeting: Monday June 14

The HOA Board meets monthly on the second Monday of each month. Meeting starts at 7pm and last one hour. Board meetings are open for public viewing, and if time allows the HOA Board may accommodate public comment.

Fall Creek Orchard Clean Up: Saturday May 22

Please join in for the KIB Fall Creek Orchard Cleanup on Saturday May 22 at 9am, please sign up via the KIB’s Volunteer Calendar. 

KIB is requiring volunteers to wear masks at their events, and to bring your own gloves, water, snacks, etc.  KIB will provide everything else may need for the cleanup.

The Fall Creek Orchard is a Keep Indianapolis Beautiful (KIB) Project Green Space that was created in 2018. It runs along the Fall Creek Trail between Delaware Street & Central Ave. and features a number of fruiting trees & shurbs, as well as as beds with native plantings.

Neighborhood Yard Sale: May 22

Saturday May 22 will be the annual Fall Creek Place Neighborhood Yard Sale, from 8am till 2pm. Fall Creek Place residents are welcomed to place their yard sale ‘treasures‘ in their front yard or garage to sell. Signage will be posted throughout the neighborhood to help promote this year’s yard sale.

Assessment notices are being sent via email (if we have your email address) and via U.S. mail. Please pay your assessment by June 15, 2021 to avoid any late fees. If you are having financial difficulties and are unable to pay your annual dues assessment, please email us to make payment arrangements.

Citizen's Park Apartments 'On Site' Meeting: April 21 at 530pm

Circle City Property Management & Development will host ‘on site’ meeting with Fall Creek Place residents concerning the proposed Citizen’s Park Apartments at 2228 College Avenue lot. The meeting will be held on Wednesday April 21, from 530pm - 7pm. Representatives from the FCP HOA Board and Citizen’s Park Steering Committee will be in attendance.
